Return ,Cancellations & Refund:
The following segments reflect an understanding between the customer/buyer and the website (abmc.shop) / parent company MicroBlends,India.
We have tried reserve the rights of both the customers and the company through the following points:

1) Cancellation of A Shipment:
​
a) Unshipped Shipment: If you do not have an account with us, simply write to us for the cancellation of an unshipped shipment. We will refund immediately i.e; within 24 hours of receiving the cancellation.
​
b) Shipment in Transit: If a shipment is in-transit, and there is a cancellation, complete payment will be refunded within 3 working days after receiving the untouched & sealed shipment.
​
2) Returns:
a) Shipment returned by you(the customer): If the product is not as promised and carries a return/exchange option, we will accept its return if you return within 3 days of receiving the shipment. The product should not be broken or tampered. In case of return a small fee of Rs 100 or shipping price whichever is less will be levied.
​
On receiving the Untampered product, a refund will be made within 3 working days.
​
b) If you receive a broken/tampered product, we will accept the return and no fee or shipping charged will be levied on you (the customer). The problem should be highlighted to us within 3 days and we will arrange for the shipping. On receiving the product we will begin the refund process and the amount will be transferred to you(the customer) within 7 working days.

Note : We advise to record a video of the unboxing of the purchased product. This acts as a proof. Otherwise it will be hard for us to establish the intent for return.
3) Exchange
​
In case of a Tampered product, we have an easy exchange policy, all you (the customer has to do is to write to us with the proof and we will arrange for the exchange, free of cost.
​
However if you want to exchange a product for a variation of size, color, we can easily provide that and can cover the transit cost of 1st replacement, given the case.
